Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Report punctually in the correct uniform with name badge and palm pin.
• Gather and transport supplies for function setup and perform side duties.
• Report deviations, complaints, incidents, and irregularities to management.
• Maintain operating equipment and keep service and storage areas safe, clean, and locked.
• Attend to guest needs, complaints, and on-site requests courteously.
• Set up and unset function rooms, including table settings, to established standards.
• Perform cashiering and beverage dispensing as assigned by Banquet Management.
• Deliver food and beverage service according to departmental standards and procedures.
• Communicate difficulties, guest comments, and relevant information to the superior.
• Maintain knowledge of F&B services, outlets, hotel services, features, and operating hours.
• Maintain effective working relationships and assist other outlets during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English is required.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is stated in the additional information.
• Candidates should be well presented and professionally groomed.
• Good communication, customer contact, problem-resolution, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are required.
• Basic food and beverage product knowledge and attention to quality are required.
