- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen team
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests and handling requests or complaints efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards in compliance with KSA regulations
- Process bills and handle payments accurately
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers when appropriate
Requirements
- Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory
- Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress (restaurant or hospitality setting)
- Waiter experience is required — candidates with only Barista experience will not be considered
- Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude

Job Summary

- Note: Only candidates with experience as a Waiter/Waitress will be considered. Barista experience alone is not accepted for this role.
