Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy services, including relaxation, deep tissue, therapeutic, and wellness treatments
- Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable massage techniques and wellness services
- Ensure a comfortable, safe, and relaxing environment for clients at all times
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness in treatment rooms and spa areas
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and professionalism
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and appointment schedules
- Promote wellness services, spa packages, and related products when required
- Collaborate with spa and management teams to improve customer experience and service quality
- Ensure all massage equipment, oils, linens, and tools are properly maintained and organized
Requirements
- Valid Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably within the Saudi market
- Certified qualification in Massage Therapy, Wellness Therapy, or a related field
- Strong understanding of professional massage techniques and customer care standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and client focused environment
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer service skills
- Must provide professional certifications and/or a portfolio showcasing previous experience

Job Summary
