Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Waiter, based in Dubai.
The Waiter will be responsible for greeting and serving guests, presenting menu offerings, taking orders, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing guest needs to enhance their overall dining experience.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Customer Service and Communication to effectively interact with guests and address their needs
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage knowledge and Food Service to ensure an excellent dining experience
- Basic understanding or interest in Cooking to confidently discuss menu offerings with guests
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic
