- Greet, seat, serve, check in, clear tables, and bid farewell to guests
- Maintain menu knowledge including allergens and specials, and upsell naturally
- Process orders via POS, communicate with kitchen, ensure order accuracy
- Handle billing, payments, change, receipts, and resolve billing queries
- Perform table setup, polishing, opening and closing duties, and maintain hygiene
- Support team, participate in briefings, provide feedback to management
- Adhere to service standards such as greeting within 60 seconds and no empty glasses
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Food handler certificate
- Education qualification as per company standards
