- Manage visa and immigration processing for UAE/GCC
- Handle employee relations including grievances and disciplinary cases
- Conduct end to end recruitment
- Maintain HR records and documentation
- Support payroll and attendance processes
- Draft HR documents such as contracts, letters, and NOCs
Requirements
- 2+ years in HR (Officer, Coordinator, or similar role)
- 2+ years in visa & immigration processing (UAE/GCC focus)
- 2+ years in employee relations (grievances, disciplinary cases)
- 2+ years in recruitment (end to end)
- 2+ years in HR records management
- Government portal experience (MOHRE, GDRFA, MOL, etc.)
- Payroll & attendance support experience
- HRMS/HRIS systems experience (SAP, Oracle, BambooHR, etc.)
- HR document drafting skills (contracts, letters, NOCs)
