Position Objective
Prepare the dining hall before service and keep it clean, organized, and fresh.
Support the captain waiter and serve clients as part of the restaurant service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with morning restaurant cleaning and clean service utensils before each service.
- Help set up the restaurant and prepare mise en place with the captain waiter.
- Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall.
- Assist with placing food plates on clients' tables.
- Change ashtrays and refill glasses with water during service.
- Clear and clean tables after meals.
- Transport dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
- Maintain a clean appearance and high hygiene level.
- Work under the captain waiter's guidance and follow instructions.
