Role Overview
To own the end-to-end digital commercial performance of 4–5 fashion brands across marketplaces and the group's DTC (direct-to-consumer) websites — driving revenue, profitability and brand-right online positioning across every digital touchpoint.
The Ecommerce Manager acts as the business owner for the online channel: full P&L accountability for the DTC websites, commercial and content stewardship of each brand's marketplace presence (Centrepoint, Amazon, Namshi, Ounass and similar platforms), and the leadership of a 4-person team delivering marketplace operations, digital merchandising, website performance and fulfillment coordination.
AI-Driven Approach: The role is expected to embed AI and automation into everyday ecommerce decisionmaking rather than treat it as a side initiative — using it to move faster and more accurately across a multibrand, multi-platform portfolio.

personalised on-site merchandising across brands and platforms.
• Apply AI-driven analytics to flag underperforming listings, pricing gaps and customer experience issues early, and to automate routine reporting across marketplaces and DTC

- Set and track budgets, forecasts and monthly/quarterly business reviews for each brand's DTC

- Monitor and improve on-time delivery, cancellation rate, return rate and platform compliance scores per brand.
- Ensure marketplace and DTC operations comply with each platform's policies and relevant consumer/ecommerce regulations.
