- Process cash and card payments, handle the cash register accurately, and return exact change or receipts
- Monitor condiment stations, restock napkin holders, sugar shakers, and pastry cases, and ensure service counter complies with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Barista: 5 years (Required)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The Waiter/Waitress will greet customers and maintain a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Order Taking: Greet customers immediately, explain menu items (including roasts, blends, and dietary options), and take accurate orders while handling specific preferences like milk substitutes and sugar levels.
- Order Delivery & Quality Control: Retrieve finished coffee drinks, teas, and food items, ensuring they match the ticket perfectly before presenting them to the guests.
- Table Maintenance: Proactively pre bus tables, wipe down spills, clear used crockery, and reset tables to keep the cafe environment welcoming.
- Cashier & POS Duties: Process cash and card payments, handle the cash register accurately, and return exact change or receipts to the customers.
- Stock & Cleanliness: Monitor condiment stations, restock napkin holders, sugar shakers, and pastry cases, and ensure the service counter complies with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
