Job Summary
The waiter in a catering company is responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage service at events such as corporate companies, corporate functions, and private parties.
This role involves setting up service areas, serving guests efficiently, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up dining areas, buffet stations, and service tables before events
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with food presentation and replenishment during events
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and event supervisors
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve basic service issues
- Assist in packing up equipment and cleaning the venue after events
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or restaurant service preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude

Working Conditions
- Work is usually event-based (indoor and outdoor venues)
- Long hours may be required during events

- Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,256.00 per month
Experience
- Catering: 1 year (Preferred)
