United Development Company (UDC) is a leading Qatari public shareholding company established in 1999 and listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange, specializing in large-scale real estate development, infrastructure, hospitality, and utilities.
It is best known as the master developer of iconic projects such as The Pearl-Qatar and Gewan Island, and it plays a key role in creating integrated urban communities and investment projects that support Qatar’s long-term economic diversification.
Main Responsibilities
Manage daily marina/dock operations and ensure safety
Assist boat owners with mooring and securing vessels
Allocate docking spaces (berths) for boats
Monitor utilities (water, electricity, internet connections)
Ensure safety of boats, customers, and marina area
Provide customer service to residents and visitor
Help with cleaning and maintenance of docks
Support general nautical/marina activities
Handle waste disposal (including boat waste systems)
