We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Waiter/Cashier with experience in a coffee shop or café environment.
The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cashier duties, assisting with daily café operations, and maintaining a welcoming dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilitiescustomer Service
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide recommendations when needed
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks efficiently
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
Cashier Responsibilities
- Operate POS system accurately
- Process cash, card, and other payment transactions
- Prepare bills and receipts
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Ensure cashier area is organized and balanced at the end of shift
Café Operations
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and cashier areas
- Assist in table setup and clearing
- Coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff for smooth operations
- Monitor stock levels of takeaway items and supplies
- Follow company hygiene and food safety standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a coffee shop, café, or restaurant is required
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Presentable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
- Basic English communication required
Employment Details
- Immediate joiners preferred
- 3 days unpaid training once shortlisted

- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
