- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily operations.
- Train new staff and maintain company service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience as a Senior Waiter or Team Leader in a café or restaurant, preferably in the UAE.
- Experience in specialty coffee shops is an advantage.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
