- Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Enter orders into the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and according to company standards.
- Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Process bills and collect payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Set up and clear tables before and after service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Pay: AED1,300.00 per hour
