Overview
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Waiter / Cashier to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling billing transactions efficiently.
Service (Waiter Duties)
- Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
Cashier Duties
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) system
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change when required
- Maintain daily sales records and cash balance
- Assist customers with billing-related queries
