- Upsell premium items, seasonal specials, and gift boxes
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean and well organized
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Process payments accurately (cash, card, POS systems)
- Follow UAE food safety and hygiene regulations
- Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards aligned with brand image
Requirements
- Previous experience in F&B, café, or dessert shop preferred
- Strong communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
- Customer service oriented personality
- Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
- Team player with positive attitude
- Basic understanding of POS systems

Job Summary
