Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and create a welcoming dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses
- Process payments (cash or card) and issue receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
