Key Responsibilities
- Pick up food orders from the restaurant and deliver to customers on time
- Ensure all orders are accurate and handled properly during delivery
- Follow assigned routes and use navigation tools when required
- Collect payments (cash/card) when needed and return accurate amounts
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery bike
- Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers
Requirements
- Valid UAE motorcycle driving license
- Good knowledge of local routes and areas
- Ability to use mobile apps for delivery (Talabat, Deliveroo, etc.)
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Physically fit and able to work long hours if required
- Previous delivery experience is preferred
