We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Leo and Loona Kids Park.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make menu recommendations when requested.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the system.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor tables to ensure guests have a positive dining experience, including responding to additional requests and addressing any issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
