- Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience as they enter the facility
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and digital payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers as needed
- Ensure a clean and organized cashier station
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about the park’s services and activities
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Follow all cash handling and reconciliation procedures
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner and escalate to the manager when necessary
- Maintain knowledge of all promotions and offers to communicate them to customers
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Honest and reliable with good integrity

Job Summary
