Company Description
Mondrian Doha offers food and nightlife venues across eight locations on the property, serving social, event, celebration, and business-oriented guests.
Role Overview
Assist under the guidance of the Director of Food & Beverage or an authorized manager with friendly, efficient, and timely food and beverage service.
Deliver service in accordance with venue standards, individual guest requirements, and the Mondrian Doha vision.
Daily Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, courteous, and professional guest service and maintain good communication with management.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and product and service procedures.
- Prepare, check, clear, and reset tables before and during service.
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in accordance with company practices and procedures.
- Keep restaurant tables, chairs, floors, and service stations clean and orderly.
- Complete cleaning duties, opening procedures, and closing procedures to company standards.
- Maintain effective and efficient table service while remaining attentive and assertive.
Qualifications
- Previous work experience in a restaurant or food and beverage setting.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
- Flexibility with outlet shifts according to business demands.
