Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality service for a memorable guest dining experience.
- Oversee an assigned restaurant section and ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Advise guests on menu choices and wine pairings.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
- Train and mentor junior staff members.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a waiter or in a similar high-end restaurant role.
- Strong knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
- Fluent English is required; French is advantageous.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to excellence.
Compensation
- Pay ranges from QAR 1,086.36 to QAR 4,653.70 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
