Role Overview
Join LPM Restaurant and Bar in Doha as a Bar Manager.
Lead the bar experience through creativity, mixology expertise, beverage knowledge, and a welcoming guest atmosphere.
Bar Operations
- Oversee day-to-day bar operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in the bar area.
- Develop and curate an innovative and diverse beverage menu with the Global management team.
- Monitor industry trends to keep bar offerings current and competitive.
Team and Guest Experience
- Recruit, train, and manage a skilled and motivated bar team.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Foster a guest-centric approach and exceptional customer service among bar staff.
- Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
Inventory and Profitability
- Oversee bar inventory procurement and management, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
- Implement effective cost-control measures to optimize beverage profitability.
