The employer is seeking an experienced and professional Waiter for a restaurant or hospitality environment.
The role focuses on customer service, food and beverage orders, table standards, and coordination with kitchen and service colleagues.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Professional, presentable, and customer-focused approach.
- Arabic, French, and English language skills are required.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- UAE restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers professionally.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions.
- Ensure timely and excellent service.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members.
- Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
