Position Summary

Create memorable and unique guest experiences throughout the entire hotel stay.

Deliver a wide range of guest experience services as a W Insider Agent.

Responsibilities

  • Process operational needs and address guest requests.
  • Complete reports and share highlights of the local area.
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
  • Uphold quality standards and professional communication.
  • Stand and move around for extended periods and perform hands-on physical work.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
  • No license or certification is required.

Workplace and Schedule

  • The position is located at West Crescent, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The role is not remote and requires on-site work.
  • The schedule is full time.
