- Respond to urgent service calls and get VRF and DX systems up and running again
- Independently test and commission VRF systems
- Troubleshoot and determine why a system is failing or underperforming
- Use schematic wiring diagrams to track down and fix electrical issues
- Use manufacturer's software to check system data and parameters
- Explain issues and repair plans to clients in simple terms
- Fill out service reports after finishing a job
Requirements
- Experience with VRF and DX systems
- Ability to read schematic wiring diagrams
- Proficiency with manufacturer software for system diagnostics

Responsibilities
- Respond to urgent service calls and get VRF and DX systems up and running again.
- Independent testing and commissioning of VRF system.
- Troubleshoot and figure out exactly why a system is failing or underperforming.
- Look at schematic wiring diagrams to easily track down and fix electrical issues.
- Plug in your laptop/tablet and use manufacturer's software to check system data and parameters.
- Explain to the client what the issue is and how you plan to fix it in simple terms.
- Fill out service reports after finishing a job so we have a record of what was fixed.
