- Prepare, schedule, forecast, coordinate and monitor all technical activities involved in assigned projects
- Monitor and follow up on procurement requirements for the project
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements
- Perform overall quality control of work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel performance) and report regularly on project status
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other participants
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Requirements
- 6 9 years of experience in engineering project management, preferably in fitout
- Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines and QA/QC policies
- Experience in procurement and supply chain management

- Responsible for Profitability of the project.
- Prepare, schedule, forecast, coordinate and monitor all the technical activity involved in the assigned projects aiming at assuring project accuracy/ quality from conception to completion.
- Monitor and follow up on the procurement requirements for the project.
- To be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve.
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
