The VP Technology Implementation & Deployment will be responsible for successful implementation and deployment of Omega’s technology solutions across large healthcare provider organizations.
This position will serve as the executive leader for customer technology deployments, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Services, and Client teams to ensure customer commitments are translated into successfully deployed, production-ready solutions.
The role owns implementation governance, deployment execution, customer executive engagement, technology readiness, go-live success, and deployment scalability.
While delivery is performed through globally distributed teams, accountability for successful technology deployment outcomes rests with this role.
This position works closely with a peer Services Deployment Leader responsible for operational transition and managed services readiness.
Drive predictable, high-quality deployment outcomes that meet customer commitments.
Serve as the senior technology implementation executive for customer engagements.
Represent Omega's Product and Technology organizations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
