The Coding Supervisor will play a vital role in our HHS_All Regions_Central & West_Ops - Sr.
Management department.
They will be responsible for overseeing the coding team's performance, providing ongoing education based on audit results, and ensuring compliance with coding standards.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, as the supervisor will manage daily operations and month-end data.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a supervisory or management role and be comfortable communicating with clients via email and Teams calls.
Minimal travel for on site visits.
