We are seeking a VP of Engineering to lead execution across our engineering organization as we scale from R&D into production and delivery.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a relatively flat organization.

You will report to the CEO and work directly with engineers across all regions (US and internationally based) and disciplines while building the structure, processes, and team needed to scale.

You will also play a key role in developing talent and growing future leaders.

• Lead delivery of engineering programs from design through production and deployment
• Drive accountability on timelines, milestones, and technical outcomes
• Partner with Product to align roadmaps with engineering capacity and constraints

Lead and Develop the Team

• Manage and develop engineering managers and individual contributors
• Build a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative team
• Hire and retain top talent

• Partner closely with R&D, Product, and Operations
• Ensure effective transition from R&D into Engineering and into Manufacturing/Production
• Collaborate with Qualification and Production to ensure design for manufacturability and reliability
