The position is associated with digital product management in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across customer experience, product, loyalty, CRM, data, AI, and digital operations.
- Create a connected and frictionless customer journey.
- Own coordination across internal teams, technology partners, and external vendors.
- Design and launch membership and loyalty propositions focused on experience, convenience, and exclusivity.
