Position Overview
Lead development and execution of programs that elevate advisor and client experiences across the firm.
Design strategic enablement, communications, recognition, and growth initiatives for Distribution Leadership.
Translate business priorities into scalable programs that drive engagement, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead advisor development and training programs with a curriculum spanning onboarding through advanced practice management.
- Establish competency frameworks and measurements for adoption, proficiency, and performance outcomes.
- Partner with Distribution Leadership, Compliance, Operations, and Technology on coordinated enablement.
- Own change management for advisor-facing process, platform, and policy changes.
- Manage advisor-channel communications, including message architecture, editorial calendars, distribution, and governance.
- Lead national meeting and strategic event planning to reinforce priorities and strengthen culture.
- Use surveys, feedback loops, and dashboards to identify field needs and inform leadership decisions.
- Scale advisor experience improvements and best practices across branches.
- Develop investment firm marketing programs and marketing strategy for advisor teams.
- Lead advisor councils and build a transition team for onboarding new advisor teams and clients.
