The Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration, analysis, and delivery of compensation, incentive, benefits, and workforce data programs.
This role plays a key part in the execution of annual compensation review and incentive compensation cycles through the maintenance, enhancement, and development of analytical tools, models, and reporting solutions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical and analytical capabilities, with advanced Excel skills and an interest in leveraging data and technology to improve business processes.
Working closely with the Leader, Total Rewards and Payroll, the Analyst will support compensation analysis, HRIS administration, reporting, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Total Rewards function.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $60,000-$70,000.
The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, and the consideration of internal equity.
