Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand standards.
- Coordinate product displays, promotional campaigns, and seasonal merchandising initiatives.
- Work closely with Marketing, Retail Operations, Design, Sales, E-commerce, and Procurement teams.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation across retail and digital channels.
- Monitor merchandising performance, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Create merchandising guidelines, display standards, and visual documentation.
- Support product launches, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze sales trends and customer insights to improve merchandising performance.
