About the Role
Accenture Song seeks a Visual Design Consultant to lead visual design for client projects. You will create concepts, design systems, and ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints.

- Attend and help plan studio and community events, workshops, and conferences
Requirements
- 3 5 years of design experience, 1+ years in a senior role at a digital agency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Visual Design
- Advanced command of standard design applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote, Sketch, InVision)
- Advanced digital design portfolio with mobile and touch work
- Advanced understanding of delivery methodologies with emphasis on agile
- Ability to speak comfortably in client presentations

Role Overview
- At Accenture, visual design is the heartbeat of our design practice. Visual designers work collaboratively with UX and Content Design teams to create concepts and evolve client brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure our work communicates clearly, is on brand, and delights users.
- Understand Visual Design as a discipline and a practice.
- Explain and discuss design decisions eloquently, and give design feedback.
- Contribute to the definition and creation of flexible, coherent design systems and component libraries.
- Partner with design, technology, and project management to ensure project meets creative, strategy, and project objectives.
- Design mood boards, comps, concept sketches, presentation decks, style guides, and storyboards.
- Gather deliverables into client ready presentations.
- Understand brand strategy and translate brand identity to digital touchpoints.
- Attend and help plan studio and community events, workshops, and conferences.
Qualifications
- 3 5 years of design experience, 1+ years in a senior role at a digital agency.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Visual Design.
- Advanced command of standard design applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote, Sketch, InVision).
- Advanced digital design portfolio with examples of mobile and touch work.
- Advanced understanding of delivery methodologies with emphasis on agile.
- Ability to utilize feedback/direction from Creative Lead to generate multiple design explorations.
- Ability to speak comfortably in client presentations.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics tools.
- Understanding of prototyping software and its application in design workflows.
