About the Role
Accenture Middle East is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to join its CFO & Enterprise Value practice in Riyadh. The role involves leading finance transformation initiatives, including process reengineering, digitalization, and ERP implementation for clients.

- Support clients to achieve strategic and operational goals by introducing efficient ways of working and enhancing processes and refining operating models
- Employ judgment to address complex and ambiguous client business challenges using quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and co develop design decisions and innovative solutions in an agile manner
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients during engagements
- Contribute to business development activities including identifying opportunities, developing and presenting proposals
- Support development of CFO&EV practice capabilities, such as developing offerings, assets, and thought leadership
- Lead and inspire high performing multidisciplinary teams, actively mentoring team members
- Continuously learn new skills and enhance skill set to contribute to the growth of CFO&EV and Accenture
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in consulting
- Deep knowledge of business processes in F&A and how they are enabled by ERP
- Deep functional knowledge of major ERP (SAP/Oracle) with hands on experience
- Experience in delivering transformation initiatives in F&A areas (value case shaping, process reengineering, digitalization)
- Proven experience interacting with senior management
- Experience leading small/medium size teams
- Professional Finance or Accounting Qualification (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or MBA preferred
- Arabic speaker preferred

As a Manager within CFO and Enterprise Value, you will be:
- Supporting our clients to achieve their strategic and operational goals, by introducing efficient ways of working and enhancing processes and refining operating models.
- Employing your judgment to address complex and ambiguous client business challenges applying rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques (business case); making decisions with little management oversight
- Facilitating design thinking workshops, showcasing agile design to the client, co developing and securing design decisions and innovative solutions in an agile manner
- Cultivating strong relationship with clients during engagements, ensuring business requirements and expectations are met and/or exceeded
- Contributing to business development activities including identifying opportunities, developing and presenting proposals
- Supporting development of CFO&EV practice/ community capabilities, such as developing offerings, assets, and relevant thought leadership, and engaging with the wider CFO&EV and other teams across Accenture
- Leading and inspiring high performing multidisciplinary teams, by setting an example, actively mentoring team members and contributing to performance management
- Continuously learning new skills and enhancing your skill set to be able to contribute the growth of CFO&EV as well as wider Accenture organization
What skills & experience are we looking for?
- 6+ years of experience in consulting
- Arabic speaker is preferred
- Deep level of knowledge of business processes in the F&A, and how those processes are enabled by the ERP
- Expertise in financial consolidation, financial planning and budgeting is a benefit
- Deep functional knowledge of the key features of the major ERP (SAP/ Oracle) and hands on experience (functional expertise)
- Good expertise in process digitization (RPA, ML, process mining), with experience on the ground with some of the cutting edge tool
- Solid Experience in delivering transformation initiatives in F&A areas (value case shaping, including solid knowledge of the finance value tree, identification of the value drivers and preparation of the business case and roadmap; process reengineering and digitalization to develop the Finance Organ
- Proven experience in interacting with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters
- Maintains an understanding of finance and operating model trends and advancements in technology and innovations which are happening across digital, ERP, automation, analytics, and the CFO ecosystem.
- Manage teams of diverse backgrounds, skill sets and technical functional knowledge
- Experience in leading small/medium size teams
- Ability and willingness in interacting across the Service Groups (e.g. Technology for system implementation)
