About The Job

Content Creation

• **Create high-quality photo and video content showcasing desserts, chocolate products, and in-store experiences**
• **Develop creative concepts for seasonal promotions, product launches, and special campaigns**
• **Produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) to boost engagement and brand visibility**
• **Capture behind-the-scenes content to highlight craftsmanship and brand story**

Production & Shoot Execution

• **Plan and execute content shoots, including styling, lighting, props, and composition**
• **Coordinate with store teams to schedule shoots without disrupting operations**
• **Source and manage props, backgrounds, and visual elements aligned with brand aesthetics**

Editing & Post-Production

• **Edit photos and videos for social media, website, and marketing campaigns**
• **Apply color grading and retouching to maintain a premium and consistent look**
• **Optimize content formats for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, website, ads)**

Brand Management

• **Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and tone**
• **Contribute to the development and evolution of the brand’s visual identity**
• **Maintain consistency across all digital and in-store visual assets**

Collaboration

• **Work closely with marketing, social media, and operations teams to execute campaigns**
• **Support cross-functional projects, including events, promotions, and partnerships**
• **Collaborate with influencers or external creatives when required**

Trend Monitoring & Strategy

• **Stay updated with social media trends, especially in food, dessert, and luxury content**
• **Suggest new content ideas and formats based on performance insights and trends**
• **Assist in planning content calendars and campaign strategies**

Content Management & Reporting

• **Organize and maintain a digital content library for easy access and reuse**
• **Track content performance and provide basic insights to improve engagement**
• **Ensure proper file naming, storage, and version control of assets**

Additional Responsibilities

• **Assist in in-store visual merchandising and presentation when needed**
• **Support live coverage of events, activations, or product launches**
• **Ensure all content adheres to brand, quality, and compliance standards**

Experience

• **Proven experience in visual content creation (photography & videography)**
• **Experience in food, dessert, hospitality, or lifestyle content is highly preferred**
• **Previous work with luxury or premium brands is an advantage**
• **Experience managing social media content or supporting digital campaigns**
• **Portfolio showcasing relevant work (food, product, or lifestyle visuals)**
• **Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines**
• **Familiarity with content planning, shoots, and production workflows**

Skills

• **Strong photography and videography skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics**
• **Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar**
• **Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Illustrator)**
• **Knowledge of lighting, composition, and food styling techniques**
• **Ability to create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok)**
• **Understanding of social media platforms and content optimization**
• **Creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into visual concepts**
• **Strong time management and organizational skills**
• **Good communication and collaboration skills**
• **Attention to detail and consistency in brand presentation**
