Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international travel bookings (air, hotel, ground transportation, visas, insurance, etc.)
- Manage UAE tourist visa applications and documentation
- Manage all E visas applications and documentation
- Provide clients with the best fare options, itineraries, and travel related advice
- Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and approval processes
- Manage changes, cancellations, and reissuances while minimizing costs
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, and vendors to negotiate rates and resolve issues
- Provide 24/7 support for urgent travel requirements (if applicable)
- Provide high quality customer service and support to clients
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and travel partners
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Dubai travel and tourism industry
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of UAE travel regulations and visa processes
- Strong communication and client handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle last minute changes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer service oriented mindset

Overview
- We are looking for a Visa and Ticketing Consultant with minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in air ticketing, UAE Visit visa, all kind of E visa processing and organizing tours.

Salary
- Salary: 3500 to 4500 + Commission
- Pay: AED3,500.00 AED4,500.00 per month
