Responsibilities
- Advise clients on visa options and requirements.
- Review documentation and prepare and submit visa applications.
- Coordinate appointments and track application status.
- Communicate procedures and updates clearly in Russian and English.
- Collaborate with internal teams, maintain records, and uphold service standards.
Primary Requirements
- Fluency in Russian and English for client-facing interactions.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases.
- Professional, empathetic, and solutions-oriented customer service approach.
- Proficiency with basic office software and digital documentation tools.
- Travel, tourism, visa, or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
