The Visa Guy supports travelers, professionals, families, and businesses in navigating international visa processes with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of visas, immigration issues, and general immigration processes
- Experience in consulting or advisory roles, preferably in visa or immigration services
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Fluency in Russian and English; additional languages are an advantage
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously
- Proficiency with office software and online application platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Law, Business, or similar) is preferred
- Prior experience working in the GCC region or with international clients is a plus
Role Description
- Advise clients on visa and immigration requirements for multiple destinations
- Prepare, review, and submit visa applications
- Gather and validate documentation
- Coordinate appointment bookings
- Follow up with clients and authorities throughout the application process
- Maintain accurate records and stay current with changing visa regulations and policies
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure high-quality service and a smooth, stress-free experience for clients
