About the Role
Wizard Immigration Services LLC is looking for a motivated, target-driven Visa Consultant to assist clients with immigration and visa services in Dubai. You will handle inquiries, consult clients, convert leads into sales, and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media inquiries
- Consult clients regarding available immigration visit visa
- Explain company services, eligibility requirements, processing timelines, and fees
- Convert leads into successful sales while achieving monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Follow up with clients throughout the application process
- Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of applications
- Stay updated on immigration policies and visa regulations
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in immigration consultancy, visa services, or sales (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, or Tagalog are an advantage)
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, WhatsApp Business)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
