About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in recruitment consultancy or staffing. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with UAE Labor Law.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Coordinate visa and employment documentation where applicable
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns and grievances promptly
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes, provide feedback, and support professional development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and ensure timely and accurate processing of employee compensation
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records and HR documentation
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role within the UAE
- Previous experience working in a recruitment consultancy, manpower agency, immigration consultancy, or staffing company is highly preferred
- Experience handling high volume recruitment and international hiring is an advantage
- Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience in candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, and recruitment databases

Compensation
- Pay: AED2,500.00 AED3,500.00 per month
