We are seeking an experienced, calm, and highly professional VIP Nanny to care for a child in a private household in Dubai.
This is a full-time, live-in, long-term position requiring consistency, commitment, and a strong focus on the child’s development and well-being.
Key Requirements
- Must hold a recognised nursing qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with toddlers, ideally within UHNW/VIP households
- Warm, nurturing, and development-focused approach
- Discreet, loyal, and highly professional at all times
- Reliable, consistent, and able to build a long-term bond with the child
- Flexible and supportive of the family’s schedule and lifestyle
- Comfortable with frequent travel
Working Hours & Contract
- 1-year contract
- Full Time
- Live-in position
- Travel required with the family
Responsibilities
- Sole and shared care of a 1.5-year-old child
- Supporting appropriate development, routines, and developmental milestones
- Planning and delivering educational and stimulating activities
- Establishing and maintaining structured sleep, feeding, and play routines
- Preparing healthy meals for the child
- Ensuring the child’s safety, well-being, and emotional security at all times
- Accompanying the child on outings and international travel when required
