Responsibilities
- Execute trades in the Turkish VIOP (Futures & Options Market) on Borsa Istanbul
- Trade futures and options across equity indices, single stocks, currency, precious metals, and other listed VIOP contracts
- Develop and implement profitable intraday and swing trading strategies
- Conduct technical, quantitative, and fundamental market analysis
- Monitor market news, macroeconomic events, and Turkish financial developments affecting VIOP
- Manage trading positions while adhering to predefined risk limits
- Maintain detailed trading records and performance reports
- Optimize execution quality and continuously improve trading strategies
- Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams
- Ensure full compliance with internal trading policies and applicable market regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional trading experience in the Turkish VIOP market
- Proven and verifiable live trading track record
- Strong understanding of VIOP Futures & Options, margin requirements, hedging strategies, leverage management, risk management, order execution
- Excellent knowledge of Turkish capital markets and Borsa Istanbul trading practices
- Experience using professional trading platforms and order management systems
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- Native or Fluent Turkish (Mandatory)
- Professional English (Mandatory)

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced VIOP Trader with a strong background in the Turkish financial markets to join our Dubai office.
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of hands on trading experience in Borsa Istanbul's Futures and Options Market (VIOP), a verifiable trading track record, and be willing to relocate to Dubai.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and managing proprietary trading strategies across VIOP products while maintaining strict risk management and delivering consistent trading performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute trades in the Turkish VIOP (Futures & Options Market) on Borsa Istanbul.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional trading experience in the Turkish VIOP market.
- Proven and verifiable live trading track record.
- Strong understanding of: VIOP Futures & Options, Margin requirements, Hedging strategies, Leverage management, Risk management, Order execution.
- Excellent knowledge of Turkish capital markets and Borsa Istanbul trading practices.
- Experience using professional trading platforms and order management systems.
- Strong analytical and decision making skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced trading environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with proprietary trading firms, brokerage houses, or investment institutions in Turkey.
- Knowledge of algorithmic or systematic trading is an advantage.
- Experience trading high volume portfolios.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, Reuters, TradingView, MetaTrader, or institutional trading platforms.
