Village Manager

This role will suit an experienced Village Manager who enjoys leading people, solving problems and building strong operational foundations .

You will be comfortable working in a new environment where processes are still being established and will have the confidence to make decisions, take ownership and bring people with you.

To be successful, you will have:

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Village Manager or in a similar senior camp management role (Essential)

Previous experience managing FIFO or remote village operations

Demonstrated experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams

Strong stakeholder and client management skills

The ability to establish processes and standards in a new operation

Strong commercial and operational awareness

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A proactive and solutions-focused approach

The ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong relationships with your team and stakeholders

A strong commitment to safety, compliance and service delivery

You'll be responsible for leading a team of approximately 24 camp personnel across the full range of village services.

As this is a brand-new operation, you'll have the opportunity to build your team, establish expectations and create a culture that sets the standard for the site.
