SLS The Red Sea is a luxury lifestyle resort in Ennismore’s portfolio on the Red Sea coast of Saudi Arabia.
The resort features 150 keys, five food and beverage venues, and a luxury spa.
Role Overview
The Villa Host is the dedicated point of contact for villa guests, creating a personalized journey from arrival through farewell.
The role works with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Spa, Concierge, Transportation, and other resort teams.
Guest Experience
- Own assigned villa guest journeys from pre-arrival preparation through departure.
- Review guest profiles, preferences, VIP status, and special occasions.
- Welcome guests and support in-villa check-in and check-out.
- Build guest relationships and anticipate needs throughout each stay.
- Arrange personalized dining, spa, wellness, activity, transportation, and celebration experiences.
Villa Operations
- Conduct pre-arrival inspections for cleanliness, amenities, maintenance, and presentation.
- Coordinate guest requests with resort departments through completion.
