The resort is building a team to support its continued opening and operations on the Red Sea coast.

The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales team and keeps day-to-day sales activities organized.

The role coordinates client communication, documentation, reporting, meetings, bookings, and sales processes.

Prepare proposals, contracts, rate agreements, presentations, marketing collateral, and sales kits.
Maintain client databases, sales reports, CRM records, contracts, agreements, promotions, and rate sheets.
Coordinate lead follow-ups, inquiries, client communications, document submissions, confirmations, and updates.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and sales inquiries with accurate and timely information.
Coordinate small groups, events, VIP bookings, and special client requests.
Work with Reservations, Front Office, Revenue, and other departments to support smooth coordination.
Manage Sales team meeting schedules, appointments, calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, and activity logistics.
Maintain an organized and efficient sales office environment.
