Role Overview
- Part of the Abu Dhabi Regional Office Commercial Team, responsible for business development for CMA CGM Value Added Services and Cross sell with CEVA for the region covering the Middle East, Indian Sub Continent, Indian Ocean Islands.
Key Responsibilities
- Value Added Services Commercial development: work with General Managers/Commercial Directors on local commercial strategy, sales pipelines and achievement of agreed annual targets.
- Ensure local commercial strategy is in line with HO overall strategy, pricing and priorities.
- Define and implement action plan per country and set annual targets for each agency.
- Ensure local sales teams are informed of commercial strategy and objectives.
- Monitor performance of each agency with local VAS sales teams and provide monthly updates.
- Coordinate training, support and animation of VAS Champions and sales teams.
- Ensure VAS is promoted actively during exhibitions/events.
- Identify opportunities/leads with VAS Sales teams and coordinate with Product Managers.
- Participate directly in commercial effort and support sales during customer visits.
- Coordinate with Product Lab & Product Managers to bring back feedback.
- Provide feedback to HO of local market conditions and competition benchmarking.
- Coordination of cooperation with CEVA: ensure CEVA products internal promotion, target setting, lead creation and follow up, monitor cross sell performance, create new cross sell initiatives.
