About the Role
EssilorLuxottica seeks a VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) for a Supply Chain BPO & Project Leader role in Dubai. The candidate will drive supply chain transformation projects, develop a Supply Chain University, and conduct maturity audits across the META region.

- Transform operational organization from reactive to proactive model through development and deployment of decision support tools
- Update continuity plans related to geopolitical, environmental, and operational dynamics
- Create and deploy a Supply Chain University within the META SC community to raise maturity level
- Participate in setting up and conducting supply chain maturity audits across different entities in the region
- Lead other strategic transformation projects based on priorities defined by management
Requirements
- Master's degree (BAC+5) in Supply Chain/Logistics, Industrial Engineering
- First experience in Logistics or Supply Chain is mandatory
- Previous experience in Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement is mandatory
- Six Sigma certification (included in some engineering degrees or acquired during first experience)
- Proficiency in VBA
- Knowledge of project management

Profile

- Prior collaboration with interlocutors of different nationalities is a plus.
- Six Sigma certification (included in some engineering degrees or acquired during first experience).
- Proficiency in VBA.
- Knowledge of project management.
