- Drive the regional development of intermodal solutions including door to door, road, rail, barge and landbridge products
- Translate regional ambitions into country action plans and set clear objectives
- Monitor and analyse regional performance through volumes, revenue, profitability, pipeline conversion and product penetration
- Lead regular business reviews with agencies, identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions
- Identify new business opportunities, meet customers and work with local sales teams
- Accelerate continuous improvement by collecting market feedback and developing new intermodal corridors

Role Overview
- Drive development and performance of CMA CGM's intermodal activities across Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Indian Ocean Islands
- Lead agencies in accelerating commercial development of door to door, road, rail, barge and landbridge solutions
- Work closely with agencies, Head Office, regional teams and customers to strengthen intermodal offering
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional development of intermodal solutions including door to door, road, rail, barge and landbridge products
- Translate regional ambitions into concrete country action plans and set clear objectives
- Monitor and analyse regional performance through key indicators such as volumes, revenue, profitability, pipeline conversion and product penetration
- Lead regular business reviews with agencies, identify performance gaps and bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions
- Identify new business opportunities, meet customers and work with local sales teams to develop competitive end to end solutions
- Accelerate continuous improvement by collecting market and customer feedback, improving existing products and developing new intermodal corridors
- Mobilise Commercial, Operations, Pricing and Product teams around common priorities, share best practices and ensure strong accountability
